COMPETITION
Spectrum Jiu Jitsu was founded by the Miller brothers and specializes in teaching the competitive sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our team has arranged the most efficient and proven techniques and systems under one roof for adults and kids. Spectrum is the most decorated BJJ school in the area and consistently produces regional and national champions of all ages.
PEDAGOGY
At Spectrum Jiu Jitsu we seek to provide and maintain an ever growing arsenal of the most effective and proven techniques. We implement the latest concepts, pedagogy, and teaching methodology so you can learn BJJ in the most efficient way possible. Our aim is to train you to improve your mind and body through the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
